The DTRN360 Ambassador Program A super-user in every organization.
To get the most out of such a feature-rich platform, it’s essential that your organization has someone on staff who’s an expert at using DTRN360. A key part of the rollout includes identifying and training a DTRN360 Ambassador at each health care facility. This person will be the go-to “super-user” and initial point of contact for all DTRN360 end users — an ongoing partnership between DTRN360, the ambassador, and their organization.
Their role involves:
- Engaging co-workers and assisting with their training
- Ensuring co-workers are optimally using DTRN360
- Troubleshooting issues
The ideal ambassador should be:
- Actively using DTRN (Delaware Treatment and Referral Network)
- Skilled in basic computer use
- Willing to commit one hour per week before DTRN360 goes live, and monthly and/or quarterly thereafter
- Excited about the features of DTRN360
- Ready to be an active and critical part of the DTRN360 implementation team
